Find&Tell Charts (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is a Figma plugin and Web application that helps you create presentation-ready charts. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our products and services.

1. Information We Collect

Email Address

When you sign up for a free trial, we collect your email address. This is the only personal information we collect directly from you.

Analytics Data

We use analytics services to understand how our website and products are used. This includes:

    • Pages visited and features used

    • General location (country/region level)

    • Device type and browser information

    • Referral sources

2. Information We Do Not Collect

Your Chart Data

Your chart data stays local. When you create charts in our Figma plugin, your data remains in your browser and Figma file. We never see, store, or have access to the data you use in your charts.

Google Sheets Data

When you connect a public Google Sheet, the plugin fetches data directly from Google to your browser. This data never passes through our servers. We do not use OAuth or access private Google accounts—only publicly shared sheets are supported.

Payment Information

We do not collect or store payment information. All payments are processed by LemonSqueezy, our Merchant of Record (see Section 4).

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

    • Provide and manage your free trial

    • Send product updates and announcements (you can unsubscribe anytime)

    • Understand how our products are used so we can improve them

    • Respond to support requests

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate our business:

LemonSqueezy (Merchant of Record)

LemonSqueezy handles all payment processing, billing, tax collection, and compliance as our Merchant of Record. When you purchase a license, LemonSqueezy—not Find&Tell—is the legal seller. They collect and process your payment information according to their own privacy policy. Your credit card details are never shared with us.

ConvertKit

We use ConvertKit to manage email communications. When you sign up for a free trial, your email address is stored in ConvertKit. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in any email.

Google Analytics & Vercel Analytics

We use Google Analytics (via Google Tag Manager) and Vercel Analytics to understand website traffic and usage patterns. These services collect usage data including pages visited, general location, device type, and interaction patterns to help us improve our products

Google Sheets API

When you import data from a public Google Sheet, our plugin fetches data directly from Google’s servers to your browser. No Google account authentication is required, and the data never passes through our servers.

5. Data Storage

License Keys

Your license key is stored in your browser’s local storage. This means it is device-specific and does not sync across devices. If you clear your browser data or switch devices, you may need to re-enter your license key.

Trial Status: Your trial start date and active status are stored in your browser’s local storage. Like license keys, this data is device-specific and does not sync across devices or browsers.

Chart Configurations

Chart settings and configurations are stored within your Figma file using Figma’s plugin data system. This data syncs with your Figma file and is accessible to anyone with edit access to that file.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

    • Access your data: Contact us to request a copy of any personal data we hold about you.

    • Delete your data: Request deletion of your email from our systems.

    • Unsubscribe: Opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in any email.

    • Portability: Request your data in a portable format.

7. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the limited personal information we collect. Our website uses HTTPS encryption, and we only work with reputable third-party services that maintain their own security standards.

8. Children’s Privacy

Our products are not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected information from a child, please contact us immediately.

9. Changes to This Policy
